Because you deal with delicate, time-sensitive fresh items, clarity here is everything.

Hand-Delivered Freshness: To ensure our bespoke floral arrangements arrive in pristine condition, all fresh flower orders are hand-delivered via our specialized white-glove courier service within the local Gold Coast and Southport regions.

Delivery Windows: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST. You can select your preferred delivery date and window (Morning or Afternoon) during checkout.

Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not available, our courier will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area at the address. If no safe place is available, we will contact you immediately for instructions. A re-delivery fee may apply if we must bring the arrangement back to the studio.

Non-Perishable Shipping: Gift Hampers (without fresh flowers), Greeting Cards, and Artisan Chocolates can be shipped nationwide via express postal services.
