The ground rules for utilizing your website and purchasing your custom creations.

• Seasonal Substitution Policy: Flowers are a natural product subject to seasonal availability. While we always strive to match the website imagery exactly, our floral designers reserve the right to substitute specific blooms or packaging elements with items of equal or greater value to ensure the absolute best quality layout.

• Order Cancellations: Because our team procures fresh stems specifically for your custom creations, order cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations inside this window are non-refundable.

• Pricing & Accuracy: All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on seasonal flower market fluctuations (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day periods).
